Individual Membership [Annual Plan] - $125.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments
An individual who is directly employed in management or administrative support services by an entity formally organized to provide or facilitate the provision of healthcare services. -OR- An individual employed by a management organization, hospital - hospital system, practice management firm or other business entity responsible for managing any operational component(s) of an entity providing healthcare services. -OR- Healthcare providers - clinicians who hold an active license in the state to provide medical/clinical care.

Individual Membership [Quarterly Plan] - $40.00 (USD) Subscription period: Quarterly Automatic renewal (recurring payments)
This membership provides General Member benefits on a recurring quarterly basis.

Health System Membership - $3,000.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments
A Health System Membership is applicable to the General Member category.

Group Membership [Up to 15 Members] - $1,500.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 15 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments
An Organizational Membership is applicable to the General Member category.

Affiliate - $225.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments
An Affiliate Member is an individual employed by an entity which provides goods or support services to a medical practice and/or healthcare provider.

Faculty - $125.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments
An individual employed as a full-time professor in a healthcare or business-related program at an accredited institution of higher learning. A Faculty Member cannot serve as an Officer or Director.

Student - Free Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments
An individual enrolled as a full-time student, in accordance with the guidelines of the accredited institution of higher learning, in a healthcare or business-related degree program. A Student Member cannot serve as an Officer or Director.
