Mary holds a degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, master’s degrees in both in Economics and History, and a PhD in economics. She has more than 20 years experience teaching economics, finance, leadership, and management at the Naval Academy, the Air Force Academy, and Hawaii Pacific University.

Mary is also a member of MENSA and the American Economics Association. She is the recipient of the U.S. Air Force Academy Outstanding Educator and Instructor of the Year awards. Mollie serves as a member liaison for MGMA Government Affairs and works closely with her D.C. colleagues to represent the medical group practice voice in Washington. She coordinates Association grassroots efforts, frequently speaks at MGMA state and national meetings, and serves as an informational resource to MGMA members.  She has a law degree from the Catholic University of America.

Autumn Hassinger has a diverse background with CliftonLarsonAllen’s health care group.  She has experience in both the for-profit and non-profit health care industry and has specialized in accounting and auditing; audits of nonprofit organizations; financial reporting; corporate, partnership and individual taxation as well as focused on program development, strategic planning, market assessments and start-up assistance for senior living organizations. Over the past several years, Autumn has delved into the technology and cyber security side of health care organizations, performing general IT control reviews; HIPAA risk analyses and assessments; enterprise risk assessments and quality assurance reviews; system and organization control (SOC 1 and 2) reviews; and outsourced IT internal audit functions for various organizations. Autumn is also a HITRUST Certified Common Security Framework Practitioner (CCSFP) and performs HITRUST assessments for both health care organizations and service providers. Autumn holds a Bachelor Degree, a CCSFP designation, and serves as a Board member for Pennsylvania Medical Group Management Association where she co-chairs the Education and Legislative Committees.

Richard L. Hackman, Esq., Chair of the Labor and Employment Group, has dedicated 20 years of his practice  to representing employers and management in all aspects of employment law. Rick represents entities of all size and type, including healthcare organizations, manufacturers, retailers and service industry businesses. As an employment counselor, Rick advises clients with respect to compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, including the FMLA, OSHA and the FLSA and provides training to employers on all issues related to employment law compliance. Rick also counsels employers on minimizing risk during both the discipline
and termination process, with a focus on being “proactive” versus “reactive.”  Further, a substantial portion of his practice is dedicated to the review and revision  of various employment documents and policies, including employment agreements, handbooks and non-competition agreements. A frequent  lecturer, Rick presents to human resource groups and management on workplace investigations, terminations and layoffs, union matters, social media, as well as other employment law related issues.

Theresa Hepp (Terri) is the Director of Patient Experience for Guthrie Medical Group. The Guthrie Health System is comprised of five hospitals in rural north central Pennsylvania and south-central New York and employs over 6,000 people. Terri has over 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership in a variety of organizations including private practices, FQHC’s, and large integrated delivery systems. Terri has been an MGMA member for over 20 years. She served on the PA MGMA Board of Directors as a Board Member for 20 years, served as the Pennsylvania ACMPE State Representative for 14 years, and also served on and chaired the PA MGMA Education Committee. She currently serves MGMA as an Eastern Section Liaison.  Terri holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree. In 2003 she became a Certified Medical Practice Executive and in 2007 she became a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.  She is currently studying to attain her certification as a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP).  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, spending time outdoors, and traveling.

Nikolas has held committee positions within the Pennsylvania MGMA Chapter, serving on the Education and Membership committees. Nikolas will also serve as the PA MGMA ACMPE Forum Representative for the PA MGMA in 2019. Nikolas is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He received his Bachelors in Science Degree from Clarion University in 2008, and he received his Masters in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s University in 2017.

Todd Pittman, CMPE is the Administrator of Alliance Urology Specialists in Greensboro, NC and a board certified member of the American College of Practice Executives.  Over the past 24 years Todd has held positions in private primary care and specialty practices, hospital owed specialty practices, hospital administration, corporate facility management and healthcare consulting.  Todd has also held numerous leadership positions in the state and local MGMA (Medical Group Management Association) chapters, serving as the President of the state and 3 local chapters.  Todd served as the NCMGMA Conference Chair for over 6 years, NC Chair of the Tri-State Conference (NC, SC & GA) over an 11-year period, and most recently returned to Chair the Joint Conference with the NC Medical Society and Chair the NC Conference Committee again.  Additionally, he has served on the MGMA Annual Conference Committee and now serves as a State Liaison for MGMA.  Lastly, Todd is in his 5th year as Race Director for the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk-Greensboro 5K.  

William E. Rosenbach, PhD

William Rosenbach received his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 1977 in Business Administration (Organizational Behavior).  Dr. Rosenbach served as the founding Chairperson of the Department of Management, Gettysburg College from 1984-1991 and 2000-2001.  He was Professor and Head, Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership, U.S. Air Force Academy from 1982-1984 and member of the faculty there from 1972-1984.  Dr. Rosenbach’s research focuses on leader and follower behaviors and effectiveness, the dual role of leaders and followers, effectiveness of leadership development programs, and the relationship of transformational leadership to organizational performance.  He is co-author of Contemporary Issues in Leadership, 7th Ed. and Military Leadership, 6th Ed.  He is a founding partner of The Gettysburg Leadership Experience, a unique executive leadership development program in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Rosenbach serves as a consultant to business, government and not-for-profit organizations on specific, short-term managerial concerns as well as long-term leadership development.  Clients include organizations in North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Arab Emeritus and Saudi Arabia.
