The goal of this webinar is to provide understanding as to why patients can get upset, provide strategies to deal with the disruptive patient, provide safety considerations for other patients and staff. Even after a confrontation there are important considerations management staff must make regarding continued care for the disruptive patient, staff who was affected, and potential legal issues.
