    Meet our Keynote Speakers

Nick Gaudiosi’s work in healthcare is mission driven. Growing up with a paraplegic mother stricken by Multiple Sclerosis and then being thrust into his own life changing battle with Lyme Disease at 30, he has seen the good, the bad and the ugly side of healthcare. Nick speaks about healthcare passionately from a consumer perspective, but has a deep insiders knowledge of the way the “system” works. An advocate for change, he is inspired to help build a better health ecosystem for patients, doctors and employers.

Nick’s career has spanned over 20 years in reinsurance, insurance, and healthcare technology. He started his career as a reinsurance broker with Towers Perrin Forster & Crosby, now a unit of Guy Carpenter/Marsh.

He spent the next 12 years as President and Chief Operating Officer of a physician owned Malpractice Insurance Company where he led the company through significant growth and expansion followed by its sale to Medical Mutual (now Curi) in 2016. Nick spent the next 3 years integrating the companies and expanding nationally leading to a period of significant growth and diversification into financial services. During this time Nick served as COO of a subsidiary healthcare and insurance company and SVP of a billion-dollar holding company focused on strategy, business and corporate development.

    Following the integ
ration of the two companies, Nick joined The Safegard Group as Senior Vice President overseeing Healthcare Strategy and Group Benefits.

Mike Regina is intentional. He is an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, a family man, a team player, and a leader who thrives on observing the masses and doing the opposite. Mike does it better, too.

    Mike’s entr
epreneurial journey started when he launched a car wash and detailing business in high school. He understood at a young age that working for others would put him in a box and be a lid on his achievements. Additionally, Mike recognized that delivering a great product and service with a smile and a genuine interest for each client was critical to a successful business.

Mike has since developed key strategies to remove the lid by being intentional, impactful and reciprocal within his communities. He continued his unrelenting entrepreneurial drive by co-founding multiple companies, including Big Sky Enterprises, a construction management firm specializing in healthcare, non- profits and automotive in 2003 and Global Post Auditing Solutions in 2016, a leader and disrupter in transportation freight solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
