Preparing for Workplace Violence in Healthcare Settings This presentation deals with the sobering prevalence of violence in the healthcare workplace. The audience will get a full appreciation of the risk factors and impact a violent event can have on the organization, steps leadership and employees can take to recognize warning signs of pending violent behavior and emergency actions they can take in the event of violent episodes like active shooter events.
