Ever wonder how we got here – this space where it seems like employees need to be told everything?  There’s simply not the initiative that is needed to tackle today’s challenges in healthcare.  What’s arguably more concerning is the lack of critical thinking skills that are needed for our employees to take initiative and engage in problem solving.

In this interactive session, leaders will share their observations about their employee’s critical thinking skills, learn strategies to foster critical thinking in the workplace, and be coached in-the-moment as they apply these skills.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Apply strategies to strengthen employee’s critical thinking skills
  2. Slow down to identify where opportunities are to grow employee’s critical thinking skills
  3. Share observations related to employees’ critical thinking skills
